Entry Process

If you are ready to surrender and find freedom from your addiction, call us today to begin the entry process which is described below. Please know that we have strict protocols in place for COVID-19. Our entry process is not an immediate act. If you are in crisis, please call your local medical detox or behavioral health hospital. 

  1. Call (912) 268-8751. We will discuss the program with you and answer any initial questions you may have. 

  2. A phone assessment interview will then be set up with our Program & Outreach Director, Kayla Peterman. This assessment allows us to get to know you, your history, and your current needs to ensure that Grace House is the best program for you. It is imperative to be as thorough and honest as possible to guarantee you get the help you need. 

  3. Following this interview, you will be considered for placement. If you are offered placement, the entry fee ($800) is expected at this time to reserve your bed. Please know that we do not hold beds for anyone so be prepared to pay this fee. If you are not able to pay, please make that known in your assessment interview and sponsorship funding can be considered. 

  4. You are required to be medically detoxed before entry. If you have already been detoxed or determined to not need medical detox, a clearance letter from a doctor must be provided.

Please Note

  • The Village no longer accepts women who are established on mental health medication. 

  • We do not reserve beds for placement farther than 30 days out. 

  • Please be as honest in your assessment as possible.

Cost to reserve a bed is $800 and will cover your first month's rent. Your rent will be $180/week which you will pay yourself through employment you will find during your first 30 days.
